Booking An Appointment

  • A $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required within an hour of booking.

  • No deposit = No appointment

  • Art tiers are based off of difficulty and time. Please look at my instagram highlight for reference.

  • Do not book if you have damaged nails!

  • Feel free to ask me any questions about services and nail art.

  • Sundays are an extra $20. Squeeze in fees are an extra $40.

Running Late?

  • There is a 10 minute grace period.

  • After 10 minutes, there is a $15 fee.

  • After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and will be charged $50.

  • No show = BLOCKED

Rescheduling/ Cancellation

  • With one deposit, you may reschedule once 48 hours before your appointment. You could either do this on the confirmation email that was sent to you or text me. The reschedule date could be up to 2 months of your original date.

  • After 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited and another deposit must be made for a new appointment.

  • Please cancel before 48 hours to avoid any fees. This could be done on the confirmation email that was sent to you. After 48 hours, you will be charged $50.

Upon Arrival

  • Please note that I no longer provide foreign soak offs. If you have previous enhancements from another salon, kindly arrive with bare nails. Clients requiring a foreign soak off will incur an additional $30 fee, or I regretfully will be unable to proceed with the service.

  • New Clients, please text me that you have arrived and I will come out to get you!

  • Returning clients, put on some hand sanitizer and come on in!

  • You are always welcome to come a bit earlier than your appointment time, but understand that I may not be able to take you right away.

Payment

  • Card, zelle and cash are all accepted.

  • Please note that card payments are subject to a 3% service fee.

Safety

  • Smile! You're on camera. A camera is installed inside the room for safety and security purposes.

  • If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms, please let me know ASAP so we can reschedule.

  • No guest are allowed unless necessary.

  • If at anytime during or after your appointment you experience any discomfort, such as itchiness or redness around your nail, please inform me immediately.

Other

  • Nail fixes are free up to 48 hours after the appointment. After 48 hours, it is a $5 - $10 fee depending on the complexity of the fix.

  • Send over your nail inspo as soon as you can so I could make or practice any nail designs before hand. Not doing so could result in the design being rejected.

  • I do not guarantee long retention on brittle and/or damage nails.

  • I am not responsible for any damages to your nails after your nail appointment.

  • Some sets do take more than 2 hours, please plan your day accordingly.

  • I want everyone to feel comfortable in the studio. So if something is bothering you let me know and we can find a solution.

  • Communication is key! Let me know if you don’t like something on your nails and I can try my best to change it.
